{"id":5146,"date":"2018-07-03T18:20:06","date_gmt":"2018-07-03T17:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trailtech.de\/blog\/?p=5146"},"modified":"2018-07-03T18:20:06","modified_gmt":"2018-07-03T17:20:06","slug":"mtb-fahrtechnik-basics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trailtech.de\/blog\/mtb-fahrtechnik-basics\/","title":{"rendered":"MTB Fahrtechnik Basics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trailtech.de\/mountainbike-harz\/mtb-fahrtechnik-training\/mtb-kurs-details\/level-1-basis.html\"><strong>LEVEL 1 Basis<\/strong><\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trailtech.de\/mountainbike-harz\/mtb-fahrtechnik-training\/mtb-kurs-details\/level-2-aufbau.html\"><strong>LEVEL 2 Aufbau<\/strong><\/a> Fahrtechnikkurse sind sowohl f\u00fcr Mountainbike Einsteiger als auch f\u00fcr etwas fortgeschrittene Biker geeignet, die z.B. ihre Fahrtechnik von Grund auf sauber und unter fachkundiger Anleitung erlernen wollen. Am vergangenen <em>Wochenende 30.06.\/ 01.07.2018<\/em> war es dann mal wieder soweit und wir trafen uns in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trailtech.de\/harz-trails-mtb\/bad-harzburg.html\">Bad Harzburg<\/a> mit rund 18 motivierten Teilnehmern und unseren Trainern auf dem Parkplatz. Nach einem kurzen Briefing ging es zum ersten Punkt des Tages, dem Sicherheitscheck und der Einstellung der Bikes der Teilnehmer. Hier haben unsere Guides und Trainer sicher auch f\u00fcr Euch einige wichtige Tipps parat, wenn es darum geht sein Cockpit, die Reifen und vor allem die Federelemente richtig einzustellen. Danach rollten wir auch schon ins Gel\u00e4nde und konzentrierten uns auf die ersten Aufw\u00e4rmspielchen, Gleichgewichts\u00fcbungen und Tipps zur Radgew\u00f6hnung und Kontrolle. Von Sektion zu Sektion kletterten wir dann im weiteren Verlauf des Kurses den Berg hinauf und machten zur Mittagszeit an den Rabenklippen halt um uns kurz zu st\u00e4rken. Das Wetter war absolut genial und wir genossen die Sonne und die fantastische Aussicht \u00fcber die Harzer W\u00e4lder und Berge. Nach der Pause ging es dann etwas dynamischer mit den ersten Trails und anspruchsvolleren Passagen zur Sache, wobei die Sicheheit nat\u00fcrlich auch hier an erster Stelle stand. Auf der letzten Abfahrt des Tages zur\u00fcck nach Bad Harzburg konnten die Teilnehmer dann nochmal alles geben und den wundersch\u00f6nen Trail so richtig genie\u00dfen. W\u00e4hrend des Abschluss-Feedbacks hatten dann auch alle Teilnehmer ein fettes Grinsen im Gesicht. <strong>Danke<\/strong> an alle die dabei waren, unseren Trainern und nat\u00fcrlich dem Fotografen Patrick Lipke, der die super tollen Fotos gemacht hat.
