Auf schmalen, heimlichen Pfaden die sich durch dichten Fichtenwald schl\u00e4ngeln, alten Hohlwegen und ausgewaschenen Stiegen, sowie den flowigen Bikepark Strecken des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msb-x-trail.de\"><strong>MSB-X-TRAILS<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0 ging es in diesem 2-Tagescamp mit dem Mountainbike durch den sch\u00f6nen Harz. Trainiert haben wir am ersten Tag in zwei Leistungsgruppen (Einsteiger &amp; Fortgeschrittene) alles rund um das \u201eflowige Gel\u00e4nderadfahren&#8220; auf den Strecken des einsteigerfreundlichen Parks am Matthias-Schmidt-Berg.\u00a0 Danke nochmal an Sven unseren zweiten Guide. Am zweiten Tag stand eine sch\u00f6ne Trailtour auf dem Programm und wir konnten das Gelernte dann direkt im Gel\u00e4nde anwenden.
