Mit einer kleinen \u00c4rztegruppe ging es vom Parkplatz <em>Hohemark\/ Oberursel<\/em> auch gleich steil bergauf. Unser Sturm auf die ersten H\u00f6henmeter wurde nur durch kurze Technikeinheiten gebremst, die uns f\u00fcr die sp\u00e4teren Trails auf der Abfahrt ins Tal vorbereiten sollten!<!--more--> Nach einer entspannten Mittagspause, Erbseneintopf und leckerem Milchkaffee am <em>Fuchstanz<\/em>, starteten wir am <em>Altk\u00f6nig<\/em> und nahmen die ersten &#8222;richtigen&#8220; Wurzeln und Abs\u00e4tze unter die Stollen. Die Fahrtechnikeinheiten des Vormittags machten sich bezahlt, konnte der ein oder andere aus unsere Truppe doch so manche knifflige Passage erfolgreich meistern. Auch der sp\u00e4ter einsetzende leichte Regen konnte uns die Laune nicht vermie\u00dfen und so ging\u00b4s mit &#8222;<em>Flow<\/em>&#8220; immer weiter Abw\u00e4rts. Gegen 17 Uhr trafen wir dann wieder am Parkplatz ein und wischten f\u00fcr das obligatorische Abschlussfoto den Dreck aus dem Gesicht&#8230;<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-209
