Mit wichtigen Grundlagen-Techniken und speziellen \u00dcbungen und Trainingsformen, machten wir die Teilnehmer fit f\u00fcr anspruchsvolles Gel\u00e4nde! Das Erlernte wurde nat\u00fcrlich sofort ins Gel\u00e4nde \u00fcbertragen und dem ein oder anderen Singeltrail mit Stufen, Steinen und Wurzelteppichen wurde kontrolliert der Schrecken genommen. <!--more-->Danke an alle Teilnehmer f\u00fcr die super Stimmung und das sch\u00f6ne Wochenende!
